Memo Pejabat Dekan SSMP
Kepada: Pelajar Pra-siswazah Tahun 4
Tarikh tutup permohonan menulis tesis dalam Bahasa Inggeris adalah Jumaat, 20 Ogos 2010, 11:30 pagi.
Tarikh penghantaran proposal adalah Jumaat 15 Oktober 2010, sebelum jam 5:00 petang.
Proposal perlu dihantar terus kepada penyelia masing-masing sahaja. Sila ikut arahan tambahan penyelia jika ada.
Tarikh pembentangan proposal adalah antara 18 hingga 29 Oktober 2010. Jadual akan dimaklumkan kelak dalam www.nutritiontalk.wordpress.com pada 15 Oktober 2010. Anda sepatutnya sudah bersedia dengan pembentangan proposal sebelum 18 Oktober dan bukannya membuat persediaan setelah melihat jadual pembentangan.
Tarikh penghantaran Bab 1, 2 & 3 tesis adalah Isnin, 1 November 2010, sebelum jam 5:00 petang di pejabat SSMP.
Pintu pejabat SSMP akan ditutup pada jam 5:00 petang kerana kakitangan pejabat habis bekerja pada masa tersebut. Penghantaran selepas waktu tersebut akan dikira sebagai lewat dan 5 markah akan dipotong untuk setiap hari bekerja yang lewat.
Sila hantar tiga salinan Bab 1, 2 & 3 ke pejabat SSMP. Sila jilid secara comb binding.

The closing date for submission of application to write thesis in English is Friday, 20 August 2010, 11:30 a.m.
The closing date for submission of proposal is Friday, 15 October 2010, before 5 p.m.
The proposal should be sent straight to your respective supervisor only. Please follow any additional instructions by your supervisor.
The proposal presentation will be from 18 to 29 October 2010. Timetable will be posted on www.nutritiontalk.wordpress.com on 15 October 2010. You should be prepared to do your proposal presentation before 18 October and not after you have seen the timetable.
The closing date for submission of Chapters 1, 2 & 3 is Monday, 1 November 2010, before 5:00 p.m. at the SSMP office.
The doors to the SSMP office closes at 5:00 p.m. because office staff finish work at that time. Submission after that time will be considered as late submission and 5 marks will be deducted for each late work day.
Please submit three copies of Chapters 1,2 & 3 to the SSMP office. Please bind using comb binding.

Yes, I’ll make arrangements for you to have the viva for project II this semester. On LI evaluation report, don’t worry about it, I’ve clarified the matter with Dr Chye.

This is your final year student LI WEI JIA (HN2006-7078), I want to ask you about my thesis time schedul, because this semester I am doing PROJECT II, and as i know, there is only one. So I hope you can make a time schedul for me.
There is another important thing i want to ask, it’s about my LI evaluation form, last week, Dr. Chye asked me to hand it up, but that form i already sent to general office in july. Then i went to check last week, my eveluation form was together with others, so~~~I want to confirm is there any problem about it.
